Soya wax candle KYRÖ x SEES

The KYRÖ x SEES soya wax candle has been scented with genuine rosemary and juniper berry essential oils.  The candles, hand-made in Finland, create an atmosphere in your home. The candles are made with pure and environment-friendly soya wax, which releases a lot less toxins into the room air than traditional stearine.

All SEES soya wax candles are handmade in Finland. Each candle is slightly different; the wick may be slightly tilted or there may be unevenness on the surface of the candle. The marks of being handmade can be visible on hand-cast candles. In the collaboration between SEES and KYRÖ, it has been particularly important that each of the products has been ethically manufactured in Finland and do not contain any unnecessary chemicals or ingredients.

How to use: When using the soya wax candle for the first time, let it burn until the melted candle wax reaches the edges of the glass jar. In this way, no tunnel-like grooves will form in the soya wax and the candle will burn evenly and for longer. Do not burn the candle for more than 3 hours at a time. Before the subsequent use of the candle, cut the wick to a length of approximately one centimetre and remove any soot ball from the wick.

Once the candle has burnt out, remove the wick holder from the base and, if you wish, wash out the glass jar with hot water and a few drops of washing-up liquid. You can re-use the jar for storing items or recycle it.
