Delivery methods and terms
General information about the online store
These terms are valid from 01/01/2020. The products of the online store are sold by limited liability company Ebisu Oy (business ID 2999037-8). We sell products to private individuals and companies in Finland. The product prices include value added tax. We reserve the right to change the prices and delivery costs. You can check the delivery fees on our website.
The products are ordered over the Internet at www.seescompany.fi via the shopping basket. All orders are confirmed with an email, which indicates the price of the order, delivery fees and the ordered products.
We will send an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation will be sent from the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery fees and packaging costs
The delivery fees include postage and packaging costs. You can see the delivery fees, once you have selected the payment and delivery method in the shopping basket. We will deliver orders as packages to your chosen Posti collection point or package machine or they can be delivered directly to your home.
We provide free shipping on all over 70 euros purchases in Finland.
For EU countries we provide free shipping on all orders over 150€. On orders below 150€, we will charge a country specific flat rate for standard shipping calculated at checkout. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
For Great Britain minimum order is 180€. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
For the rest of the world we will charge a country specific flat rate for standard shipping calculated at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time of in-stock products is usually 1-3 business days. If the products to be delivered are ordered products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery fees are determined according to the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, order weight and size. The delivery fees will be presented to you at the checkout of the online store before the final confirmation of the order.
Exchange and return terms
If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact us first: email@example.com. Customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Act. The right to return only applies to resaleable and useable products that have not been opened.
Include the following information with the return: your name, address and phone number.

In principle, we do not accept returns that are made more than 14 days after delivery.
When a return has been accepted, the funds shall be returned directly to your account after the receipt and processing of the return. In case of an unfaulty product, we will charge the delivery fees of the return.
Problem situations during transport and in case of faulty packaging
If a product is lost during delivery, faulty, or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must notify the error, without delay, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A notification about an incorrect delivery or faulty products must be made within 14 days from receiving the product. If the package is damaged by Post, a reclamation to Post must be made for the product immediately.
Sees Company shall process all customer details with complete confidentiality
Sees Company agrees to not disclose any customer details to third parties.
If it is an undamaged product, we will charge the delivery fees of the return.
The sale is concluded between the online store’s customer and the online store. All trade-related obligations are the responsibility of the online store.
