Terms and Conditions of Orders and Deliveries (for hotels and businesses)

The terms and conditions apply to orders delivered within Finland.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are added to the invoice. We reserve the right to change shipping charges.

DELIVERY

We process small orders based on our inventory and estimate a delivery time of 1-3 business days from order arrival. Products are mainly shipped to customers via Posti or Matkahuolto and delivered to the destination. For large orders, the delivery time for products is 4-6 weeks. For customized products, deliveries are arranged separately with the customer.

PAYMENT

Our payment terms are 14 days net. We send invoices electronically, provided that the customer has provided us with e-invoice details. Otherwise, invoices are sent via email. An invoicing fee of 20 euros will be added to invoices under 300 euros.

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURNS

SEES products come with a full product warranty. Faulty products will be exchanged for new equivalent products. Claims and returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Only the price of the returned product is credited, not shipping costs. We do not compensate for product defects resulting from customer negligence. Upon receipt of the products, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are free from defects and properly used and stored, considering the product’s characteristics and packaging format. Product returns must always be agreed upon in advance with our customer service.

OWNERSHIP

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon full payment of the products.

ORDERING HOTEL PRODUCTS

SEES hotel products can be ordered via email: elisa@seescompany.fi. We provide a quotation via email. We reserve the right to change prices. Each product has a defined minimum order quantity; orders below this quantity cannot be processed. Orders are processed based on availability at the time of order placement. If not all products are available at the time of order, we aim to deliver the missing items as soon as possible.

PRODUCT SHELF LIFE

Most of our products remain usable for 30 months from the date of manufacture or until the best-before date if unopened and stored correctly. Once opened, cosmetics generally remain usable for about six months unless otherwise specified.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Ebisu Oy reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of business sales by publishing new terms on the website. Customers are required to review the current delivery terms before placing an order.

FORCE MAJEURE

Ebisu Oy is not liable for delays and damages resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, which could not have been foreseen or avoided. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, staff illness, import and export bans, and possible disruptions and damage during transportation.
