Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.
Credit card payments
You can pay at the online store using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards. Card payments are securely processed with Nets’ SSL-protected payment form. Neither the online store or Paytrail Oy have access to the card details, and the payment card’s details are not saved in our systems. The international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services are in use at the online store.
The online store uses the Paytrail payment service provider for card payments. The online store operates as a marketer of the products and services and as the deliverer of the products to you. Collector invoice and instalments
In cooperation with Collector Bank AB, we offer the possibility to pay later against an invoice or in instalments.
When you select the invoice or instalment option as your payment method, you will automatically receive interest-free payment time until the last day of the following month. You can pay the entire amount at once or you can split the payment into smaller instalments by concluding a credit account agreement with Collector Bank. The invoices are payable on the last day of each month, so you can have up to 60 days to pay your invoice. An invoicing fee of 2.95 euros is added to the invoice.
It is possible to pay for products up to an amount of 5,000 euros with an invoice or instalment plan, and the repayment period is 36 months. The nominal annual interest is 26.4%.
When you receive your invoice, you can choose to pay by instalments by paying the minimum monthly amount shown on your invoice and sending Collector Bank a signed overdraft agreement by the due date of the invoice. The credit agreement can be sent either by post (Box 11 914, 404 39 Gothenburg, Sweden) or scanned and sent by e-mail (contactcenter@collectorbank.fi). The credit agreement and the general terms and Standard European Consumer Credit Information (SECCI) are available in Collector Bank’s Personal Pages portal (oma.collector.fi).
When paying against an invoice or in instalments, you must be at least 20 years and we shall carry out a credit check in connection with the order. A reminder fee of 5 euros as well as 2.2% in interest per month of delay shall be charged for any late payments and unpaid invoices.
