SHAMPOO: Foam a small amount of shampoo in your hands and apply to wash your hair. You can enhance the blood circulation by gently massaging the scalp while enjoying the aromas of the essential oils. Rinse.
BODY WASH: Gently massage the body wash onto your skin and rinse thoroughly.
CONDITIONER: Put a small amount of conditioner in your hands and apply to moisten your hair.
