How to use: Add a few drops to the diffuser and let the scent slowly evaporate into the room air.
Try lavender essential oil as an aid for falling asleep by adding a few drops to the corner of your pillowcase or spray the sheets with the following mixture: 1dl of water and 20 drops of oil. Shake well before use because the oil does not mix in with the water. You can also relax in a lavender bath, suitable for children too, before going to sleep and relieve tension by adding 1dl Epsom salt and a few drops of oil. It can also be added to the sauna water to be thrown on the stove. If you mix a few drops of lavender oil with neutral soap or skin oil, you can make a fragrant soap, skin or massaging oil or a natural perfume to be brushed on the wrists and behind the ear.
