How to use: Add a few drops of essential oil to a diffuser, aroma lamp or humidifier, and let the scent slowly evaporate into the room air. You can also mix 1dl of water and 20 drops of essential oil in a spray bottle, and spray it directly in the room air or on textiles. If you would like a DIY refreshing soap, mix 6-8 drops of eucalyptus oil in a handful of neutral soap. You can also add 1-2 drops of oil in a scoopful of water and throw it directly on the sauna stove. A cooling and disinfecting foot bath can be made by adding 1dl of Epsom salt and 3-5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil in a bowl filled with warm water. Relax your feet in the water for 10-15 minutes.
